DESCRIPTION:Dans le cadre des activités de la SAO\, le  Centre de santé communautaire de Somerset ouest et le Partenariat local pour l’immigration d’Ottawa organisent une discussion pour les chefs de file racialisés des organisations d’Ottawa. Il s’agit d’une discussion importante dans les efforts pour le changement organisationnel qui font la promotion d’un leadership diversifié. Grâce à cette discussion\, nous offrirons l’occasion pour les chefs de file racialisés de se rencontrer et discuter de leurs expériences\, accomplissements\, défis et impacts et de comment les chefs de file continuent de prêter attention à l’équité.
