As part of WOW activities, Somerset West Community Health Centre and the Ottawa Local Immigration Partnership are hosting a discussion for racialized leaders of organizations in Ottawa. This is an important discussion as part of organizational change efforts which have promoted diverse leadership. Through this discussion, we will create an opportunity for racialized leaders to connect and discuss experiences, accomplishments, challenges, impact and how leaders are maintaining focus on equity.
