The Ottawa Public Health (OPH) Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Community Engagement Team, in partnership with the Ottawa Public Library (OPL), the City of Ottawa’s Integrated Neighbourhood Services Team, and Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services, is pleased to host the annual Welcoming Ottawa Week (WOW) Community Resource Fairs on June 25, 26, and 27, 2026.

Welcoming Ottawa Week is an annual city-wide celebration that showcases Ottawa’s diversity and hospitality through cultural, educational, recreational, and community events designed to welcome newcomers and foster belonging.

As part of this initiative, community resource fairs will be held at three Ottawa Public Library branches: Emerald Plaza, Centennial, and Rideau. Community members are invited to discover library services and connect with local organizations offering support in health, settlement, employment, recreation, family, and other essential services.
